Kellaway Building Supplies Acquires Nailsea Builders Merchants

Kellaway Building Supplies, Bristol’s premier independent builders’ merchant, has acquired Nailsea Builders Merchants.
The business will be integrated into the company and will trade under the Kellaway Building Supplies brand. Operating principally from the West End Trading Estate in Nailsea, the company sells a full range of general building supplies to both trade and DIY customers.
Julian Milligan, Managing Director, said “We now have nine branches including a bathroom showroom, and this acquisition is a further step in Kellaway’s strategy of continuing development and growth. We welcome the existing staff to the company and look forward to their support in expanding the business.
As part of Kellaway Building Supplies customers will benefit from a wider range of products being available at very competitive prices. We believe that the Nailsea business will provide a strong foundation for expanding into North Somerset and will complement our existing drive-in warehouse in south Bristol at Ashton. “
