Main purpose and tasks of job:

  • Achievement of financial and performance budgets for the branch
  • Formulate and implement best practice in managing the branch, focussing on achieving high levels of customer service and developing a team-based culture
  • Meeting sales targets and budgets
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing branch financial performance and achieving targets
  • Managing Branch Operations
  • Managing Branch Transport
  • Managing Health & Safety
  • Managing Branch Security

Main requirements of job:

  • Sales/customer service experience in merchant or a related industry desirable
  • Good communication
  • People management skills essential
  • Must be team oriented
  • Good organisational skills
