The family run company which has 8 branches in Bristol and surrounding areas, pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service. This strategy has paid off for the company, not only winning the Best Customer Service award in 2006, but also coming as runner up in 2007 and winning in 2008. The company attributes its sales growth over the last year to the high level of service delivered by the team.

Julian Milligan, Managing Director says, “Although we're in a very challenging market at the moment, and contrary to all you hear in the news, our customers carry on trading and provide us with opportunities for business. We will continue to invest in maintaining our high levels of customer service and will provide our staff with the training they require to ensure our customers achieve what they need to. By delivering excellent service it means we get to maintain our good relationship with our customers who in turn trust us to deliver what they need, when they want it in the present environment.”
Winning the Best Training Initiative was also a jewel in the crown for the company which began trading over 26 years ago. In order to deliver, maintain and exceed customer expectation, a great deal of training has been invested in staff, and for the past year the company has used its purpose built product training area to train the work force in the products and services they sell. The hands on training suite was built in partnership with key suppliers such as Lafarge Plasterboard, Fakro, Hunter Plastics, Bradstone, Marley Eternit, and with the support of such big names has made the company a force to be reckoned with in the current climate.
