Kellaway support Golden Hill Sports

Kellaway Building Supplies are proud to sponsor Golden Hill Sports in Wimbledon Road, Bristol.
The sports ground was recently purchased by the charity Golden Hill Sports which incorporates Golden Hill Football Club, YMCA Cricket Club and Golden Hill Sonics, and as such has the purpose of maintaining the ground for the local community to use for many years to come.
As the ground is in the vicinity of our branch at Kellaway Avenue, we are well known in the area so it represents an opportunity for us to engage with the local community, and we're particularly pleased to support such a worthy cause.
There will be a number of community events coming up over the year, the first of which was "Party in the Park" on 13 September, where Kellaway took part in "It's a Knockout" against the hockey, cricket and football teams. There was hockey obstacle course, golf shoot out, football target practice and coconut aim and fire! Suffice to say, Kellaway were the last team standing.
