Kellaway relocate office and plan further expansion

Due to sustained growth, Kellaway Building Supplies has relocated its support and administration services to new offices to accommodate the numbers of staff required in continuing the delivery of a high level of customer service to its branches and customers.
The new offices at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol house all the company’s support teams such as Customer Service and Accounts, HR, Training, Buying, Systems Support, Finance and Marketing. Recent advertising to fill the vacancies created by this expansion resulted in the company being inundated with applications as Kellaway has an enviable reputation as an employer of choice.
2008 promises to be a particularly exciting year for the company because, in addition to the office relocation, there are also plans to build a new building materials branch in Swindon.
The company won “Best Customer Service by a Builder’s Merchant” in 2006 and was runner up in 2007 at The National Builders Merchants Awards, and has also been ranked as the fastest growing builders merchant in the South West*, so the sustained delivery of excellent product and service are key company objectives.
