Today, Kellaway Building Supplies in Swindon took part in the "Heart 97.2 Mug Makeover".
Staff at the branch on Elgin Industrial Estate called in the Heart Angels from the Wiltshire radio station to deck them out with shiny new mugs prior to them moving to brand new premesis at Kembrey Park later in the Spring.
Kellaway has been trading in Swindon since 2003 when it acquired Harveys Sand and Gravel and has grown ever since. With the new branch nearing completion, the team thought they'd get all new mugs ready for the move.
Adam Wright, Sales Assistant (pictured above right) who organised the makeover said, "Our mugs were in a right state, so when we heard about Heart's Mug Makeover we thought we'd call in the Heart Angels to sort it out. As we're going to have a brand new branch with many new products and services, we thought we'd get mugs to boot. Now all we need is the kitchen sink!"
"We're very much part of the local community here in Swindon and hope to become more so when we move into our new, larger premises." adds Adam.
The Bristol based merchant, now in its 28th year, has eight branches in Bristol, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and Swindon.
