Training
Our ongoing commitment to our team.
We operate training and development programmes for our staff which might include NVQs, City and Guilds and Manchester Open Learning qualifications.
Our staff are able to gain hands on experience of the latest products and processes in the building industry at our Ashton training centre. We also utilise the training from the Builders Merchants Federation, particularly for management and career development.

Our qualified Team Trainer fulfils specific coaching needs including customer service, health and safety, computer system, etc, together with managing our product training needs. Being a qualified fork lift trainer, we are also able to provide full training for this.
A benefit of in-house training is that it brings together staff from our branches which helps foster our team culture and sharing ideas.
