Over Easter, Kellaway opened its first new built for purpose branch in Swindon. Relocating from the old Elgin Industrial Estate site, this branch boasts a well stocked shop, warehouse and yard area.
Kellaway introduces customer appraisals where shopping experiences are tested and rated. Feedback is given to branches in order to improve the service given.
The company’s first ever Total Trade Event with over 50 suppliers displayed their wares at Brunel’s Old Station at Bristol Temple Meads. With over 400 people attending, the event was a great success.
Kellaway started the new year by acquiring the assets of Slate and Stone Bath Ltd, and marked the company’s entry into the city of Bath.
In February 2012, Kellaway also opened a new branch in Wincanton, South Somerset.
Kellaway invested in a telematics fleet management solution to make its vehicle operations safer and more efficient.
