You receive 33 days holiday (pro-rata for part-time employees) and the opportunity to buy and sell 3 days holiday per year.  Your holiday entitlement increases with your length of service with a one-off additional week in your 10th employment anniversary.

Contractual Sick Pay

You receive a contractual sick pay scheme, over and above SSP.  For more information, refer to your contract or speak to your manager.


The Group Stakeholder Pension Scheme matches 4% employee contribution with 4% employer contribution. Additional 1% employer contributions are rewarded for every 10 years’ service.
