Hip Tile Clips are designed for mechanically securing small cut tiles along the hip, vulnerable to wind up lift damage and with insufficient support for adjacent tiles along the hip. The clips are supplied in long and short formats, the short clips are used in securing the cut tile at the intersection with the adjacent tile, while the long clip holds the cut tile up from the base along the hip. Our Verge U is truly universal in that the units can be used on the left and right side of the verge, and they are fully compatible with most tile types. Made from PVC, our Hip Trays are 1.2m in length by 250mm. Fitted above the Ridge Roll, they are designed to provide an even, level run to the hip of a roof. Can be purchased within the Hip Kit or separately.
